Meet BEnita
Benita Conde is the founder of Create Radical Love, a life coaching and consulting approach for people who want to radically love their whole life experience, not just compartmentalized parts of it.
Benita is an advertising industry expert with over 20 years of experience supporting and guiding the careers of creative people. She held leadership roles in resource management, project management, recruiting and talent development at agencies such as Fallon NY, BBH NY, and Anomaly NY and led creative recruiting for North America at the global executive placement firm, The Talent Business.
Benita has experienced and studied the coaching process as a client, and has been sober for 15 years. Benita’s first professional role was that of classical ballet dancer in NYC. She brings that discipline, devotion, and her love for choreographic movement, creative collaboration, and creative passion into all that she does.
Meet Peter
Peter Rosch is an author, freelance writer, director, musician, and champion of all things possible that improve a person’s experience while in this plane of existence (spoiler alert, there is no one-size fits all). He refers to himself as “the most optimistic cynic you’ve ever met.” It’s an emotional juxtaposition that has served him well as an award-winning writer whose decades in advertising, music, and film introduced him to more than a few bad habits and a plethora of amazing, knowledgeable people from infinite disciplines. A kind rablerouser whose stories have had positive, life-changing effects on those brave souls willing to let him go on and on. His journey to becoming a permanent fixture in Wimberley, TX (since 2015) is a story all unto its own.
